Bruce Strom is the Founder and Executive Director of Administer Justice.
For ten years prior to founding Administer Justice, he was the senior partner in the law firm of Strom, Repay & McCutchan with offices in Elgin and Belvidere. In private practice, Mr. Strom had a broad range of experience in civil matters, and is licensed to practice law before the Illinois Supreme Court, the federal trial court for the Northern District of Illinois and the United States Supreme Court, before all of which he has practiced. Since 1990, Mr. Strom has taught Business Law courses at Judson College, and has been a guest lecturer at Trinity Christian College and at Trinity Seminary on legal and conflict issues affecting religious not-for-profit groups. Mr. Strom received his B.A. with high distinction from Judson College and J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law. He lives in Elgin with his wife, Helen Lopez Strom and their twin sons, Joseph and Daniel.
